Bob has been an independent adjuster for the past 30 years and handles all levels of property and casualty claims, with particular expertise in large property losses, casualty claims, environmental losses, defense preparation and claims requiring thorough, detailed investigations

Bob obtained a B.A. (English) from the University of British Columbia in 1979 and began his adjusting career later that year. A past president of the B.C. Insurance Adjusters Association, he became a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of Canada in 1990 and has presented seminars to the Insurance Institute of B.C., the Continuing Legal Education Society of B.C., the Insurance Brokers Association of B.C. and the Canadian Independent Adjusters Association. He has also taught night-school classes for the Insurance Institute. He is currently a non-voting member of the Insurance Council of B.C.

In 1995 Bob moved from Vancouver to the Comox Valley, where he lives with his wife and two children.
